Women's Lung Health Luncheons

Lung cancer kills more women than breast, cervical and ovarian cancers combined. To address this and other lung health issues, the American Lung Association of California offers Women’s Lung Health Luncheons. The luncheons feature dynamic presentations and bring together women and men from all walks of life to focus on improving lung health. Deborah Morosini, MD, sister of the late Dana Reeve, is honorary chair of the events. Her sister – a nonsmoker – was diagnosed with lung cancer at age 44. Dr. Morosini has joined our effort to raise awareness about this deadly disease and the need for more lung cancer research.
